Our refund policy is 14 days for a full refund and 28 days for an exchange.
To receive a full refund with Mellaris, refunds must be made within 14 days from date of receiving the item. If 14 days have gone by since your receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To receive an exchange with Mellaris, exchanges must be made within 28 days of receiving the item. You may exchange the item for equal value or above. Please contact email@example.com or Tel: +44 (0) 2070961080 if you wish to exchange your item.
Please do not send your purchase back if it had been brought from another supplier as there will be no proof of purchase with Mellaris Official.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error this item will not be approved for a return and will be sent back to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
We offer refunds on full price items and sale items.14 Days from receiving the item for full refund and 28 days for exchange.
If the item was brought as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will receive a full refund. We are unable to give refunds or credit to the person that receives the item as a gift.
Refund Shipping for UK and EU customers

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International Returns- excluding UK and EU
We offer our international customers free returns on a full priced items. Sale items must be returned at the customers expense.
Please contact email@example.com if you would like to return your goods, we will arrange postage to receive our items back.
