Sorry that we do not accept Direct Debits, this is so customers can shop online safely with more protection through other payment providers.
If you have paid on your credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch. If you have paid by Paypal you will be charged on order placement.
For orders placed within the EU, all prices shown at Mellaris.com include the applicable VAT rate. If your order is being delivered outside of the EU, VAT will not be charged, however the selling price will remain the same. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
Credit card validation
All credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.
