This week in the office we have been talking about fashion bloggers and how the idea of blogging about fashion related topics has become quite popular over the last few years. Nowadays you will see a lot of fashion bloggers who are invited to fashion shows or flying all around the world to take photos for their posts about travelling. Fashion bloggers also write about different subjects such as lifestyle, beauty, food, art and many more.

Sometimes instead of going out all night long, you’d much prefer to have a night in with yourself or some of your best friends. Here in the office we have been talking about the different things that we all enjoy doing in our downtime when we have the time. At the office, we really enjoy visiting fashion exhibitions as it allows us to keep up to date with the creative world and learn more about some of the most famous and influential designers. It allows us to understand their impacts on how fashion has been shaped to what it is today. We are able to see garments up close to understand how they have been made. As well as going to see exhibitions of other designers who we love or are inspired by, we also visit exhibitions about other artists too who express themselves with different media.

In Conversation With: Pageantry
On the 11th August the Mellaris team were both proud guests and sponsors of the 2019 Miss Essex pageant. Hosted at The Cliffs Pavilion, regional director Emily Evans, and former Miss Essex in 2016, and her team organised a seamless night of celebrations for their 14 hopeful finalists. This years finalists dedicated their time in the run up to the competition by raising funds for the White Ribbon UK charity in memory of local Essex girl, Grace Millane.
